Emily
Emily is the Founder and Owner of Fur Nanny.
Emily was born and raised in Sarasota. She lived briefly in New York where she completed her Bachelors Degree in Biology at SUNY Stonybrook. She also has minors in Marine Science and Political Science. Emily has extensive experience in the Veterinary field, along with practical experience in caring for all types of animals.
Emily is partial to large breeds, as she is the owner of Daisy the FBD Ember AKA Shaky Butt who is s boxer mix, 2 Carin terrier crosses, Stoli the pig, Bonnee, Klyde, Teak, Charlie, Sid (the cats), a handful of chickens and 1 Blue Toung Skink
Ken
Ken had been in the hospitality field since 1982 as a manager in big chains and kitchen manager for smaller catering firms before joining Fur Nanny. He loves animals especially Great Danes. Ken looks forward to the opportunity to spending some quality time with some new furry and feathered friends. Ken relocated to Florida in 1974 and has been here ever since.

I am a reliable and experienced pet caregiver with over 10 years of experience walking dogs and caring for pets of all kinds, including, cats, small animals, birds, and fish. I began pet sitting at age 13 and have continued through college, providing dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight pet sitting, and house sitting for multiple families. I also volunteered at a cat shelter in high school, where I assisted with daily care and socialization.
As a current graduate student, I am responsible, organized, and committed to providing safe, attentive, and loving care to every pet I work with.

Hi! I’m a full-time criminology student who may be a little shy and reserved at first — but put me in a room with animals and I instantly come out of my shell. I truly believe I’m my happiest and most authentic self around pets of all shapes and sizes. I have two dogs of my own (a dramatic husky and a sweet pit bull mix), so I’m very familiar with big personalities, zoomies, and nightly cuddle requirements. I love spending time training them, keeping them active, and of course making sure they feel safe and loved. When I’m not studying or caring for animals, you can usually find me gaming or experimenting in the kitchen. Even with a full college schedule, I always make time for animals — they’re not just a job to me, they’re my favorite kind of company. I’d love to care for your pet like they’re part of my own pack!

Director of Limbo Chihuahua Non Profit Rescue. Responsible for intake, coordination of fosters, medical decisions, care and adoption. Experience with dogs, cats and horses. Current pet parent to 1 1/2 year old Chihuahua Sophie and 10 year old Chiweenie Henley
